The Community and Entrepreneurial Development

The Community and Entrepreneurial Development Initiative (CEDI Ghana) on Friday, June 24, 2022 will sign an MoU with Queen’s University Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Centre in Canada, Leadogo Incorporated, Canada and JACCD Design Institute Africa to address poverty and youth unemployment in Ghana.
This project dubbed Entrepreneurship Jobs for All (#EJobs4All) will provide free entrepreneurship training and mentorship to thousands of Ghanaian youth to set and scale up their businesses.
Participants of the program will receive free entrepreneurship online and in-person tuition, exchange program and advisory services from Queen’s University Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Centre faculty members, alumni and Canadian business experts in the Leadogo Inc. network and other partners.
We are glad to make history and to bring hope to the unemployed youth, start-up’s, entrepreneurs, and students. Dignitaries to be present at the signing of the MoU include; Hon. Bright Wireko-Brobby, Deputy Minister, Employment and Labour Relations, Prof. Mohamad Abou Hamia, Former Senior Economic Advisor, United Nations; Prof. Bernard Forjwuor, Undergraduate Director, Notre Dame University, U.S.A; Prof. Gabriel Eshun, Technical Advisor to Tourism Minister; H.E Atta Boafo Daniel Kingsley, Consular General, New York; Prof. Greg Bavington, Executive Director, Queen’s University DDQIC, Canada; Mr. Matt Hawksley, Chief Executive Officer, Leadogo Incorporated, Canada; Mr. Norman Musengimana, CEO, BizSkills Academy, Canada; Mr. Kingsley Kwaku Pinkrah, CEO, CEDI Ghana; Pastor-Prof Lawrence Lowell, Executive Chairman, CEDI Ghana; Mrs. Joyce Ababio, President, JACCD Design Institute Africa; Mrs. Akosua Koranteng Adayi; Mrs. Edna Janet Nyame, Executive Director, National Commission on Culture; Dr Ibrahim Anyars, CEO, NABCO; Prof. Samuel Adu – Prah, Sam Houston State University, U.S.A; Prof. Kingsley Opoku Appiah, Head of Department, Accounting and Finance, KNUST and many others.
