Mr. Hayford is a highly disciplined Chartered Accountant with experience in financial reporting covering a variety of industries; retail, real estate, banking, health care business, consultancy and nonprofit organizations. He is skilled in internal controls, inventory management, tax planning, growth strategies, training, treasury, financial analysis & reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance and financial modeling. Mr. Hayford is the CEO of De-Hays Executive Services, the company’s goal is to provide Tax Planning, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Internal Controls and Policy Evaluation, Payroll Administration, Financial Modeling, Inventory and Treasury Management. Alongside his business venture, he has served as an account officer with Regimanuel Gray limited, Kalten Limited, New Crystal Health Services Limited and Accra Polo Club. Mr. Hayford holds a BSc in Accounting from University of Professional Studies, Ghana and he further to Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana to become an accountant. He is also a certified tax accountant.
