Akosua Afriyie Boakye is an academic administrator with a strong background in higher education management, program coordination, and teaching. She is completing an MPhil in Educational Planning and Administration at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and

 

Technology (KNUST) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and English from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is proficient in English and French.

Over the years, she has served in key roles, including Personal Assistant to the Provost at KNUST and Program Officer for the Women’s Health to Wealth Organization. Her work is marked by effective administrative support, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and mentoring young professionals. She has demonstrated expertise in managing student records, optimizing academic processes, and overseeing institutional operations.

Her research interests focus on institutional policies and their impact on leadership practices, reflecting her dedication to advancing effective and equitable governance in educational settings. With additional certifications in leadership development and virtual engagement facilitation,
