All the competitions and exhibitions are juried and open to artists nationally. Winner will get widespread National and International recognition and media.

Themes

The current themes include CREATIVE INSTITUTION, AFRICA, DESIGN, ACADEMNIA, SOLO, LANDSCAPE, ANIMAL, ABSTRACT, OPEN, FIGURATIVE, PORTRAIT, STILL LIFE, NATURE, COLOR, WATER.

Artists can apply their own interpretation in representing the overall theme. Representational as well as abstract concepts related to these themes will be considered. Additional themes will be announced.

Each theme has the following three categories:

1. Painting 2. Photography & Digital 3. Sculpture & 3D Installation

Awards

Realisation of Art work with all expenses paid as the Prize, that will be given out to winners. Offering the opportunity to execute your creative ideas, with National and International media attention to promoting the work of the artist.

First Prize Award, Overall competition winner will receive an Award Certificate.

Fees

The entry fee for each artwork submission is 20ghc.

Once selected, please click to make a payment and submit your artworks. You can pay by credit Mo-MO Money. Once you’ve paid for your art submissions, you’ll be directed back to where you can upload your images and other details to info@jaccd.edu.gh
