Madam Grace S. Buaka is a seasoned business leader with a proven and dynamic career guiding sizable, cross-functional global teams in the implementation and integration of high-performance risk and compliance solutions. For over 10 years, Madam Grace Buaka has worked in various strategic and senior positions within investment firms at both national and international levels. She is the Investment Director of Oasis Capital Ghana; a growth and venture capital fund manager. That seeks to provide risk capital in the form of equity, quasi-equity and profit-sharing facilities to entrepreneurial businesses in Africa. 

She served as an Associate at Electronic Trading Product Management, Nomura International PLC, UK and also an Associate at the Electronic Trading Product Management, Lehman Brothers, Uk. She had her internship appointment at Wambia Capital Investment as an Intern Investment Analyst at Washington DC.

Madam Buaka graduated from Bryn Mawr College, PA, withBachelor of Arts (BA), Economics. She was awarded a four-year full scholarship and graduated with honors. She furthered her education at Darden Graduate School of Business Administration Charlottesville, University of Virginia, where she earned her Master degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance Concentration.
