You will need to make sure that your device settings match your Apple ID settings. To check this, you can use Apple’s website. Anyway, here are the steps that you have to follow:

  • Go to appleid.apple.com website.
  • Sign in to your account with your Apple ID credentials.

  • Now make sure that all your details like phone numbers and email addresses are correctly mentioned.

Send a Message from Mac

You can also try sending a message from your Mac. The idea behind this fix is to make your Mac understand that it is connected to your iMessage.
